What is your warranty policy?

We offer our products defect free for 30 days after receipt of the shipment. Products MUST be used in accordance to the user instruction. We will not be responsible for any product-related issue arisen from misuse, improper use or abuse of our products.

I receive your product(s). But there is quality defect or shipment damage. What shall I do?

We offer return for products with quality defect or shipment damage. You must contact us within 7 days after receipt of the product(s). Product(s) must be in original, unused condition and with all original materials. We will instruct you the return process and offer you free-of-charge replacement. Please note you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. Please also note you MUST get our return approval before sending the product(s) back.

I receive your product(s). But the product(s) are incorrect. What shall I do?

You must contact us within 7 days after receipt of the product(s). Product(s) must be in original, unused condition and with all original materials. We will instruct you the return process and offer you free-of-charge replacement. Please note you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. I receive your products. But I do not like them. Can I return?

You must contact us within 7 days after receipt of the product(s). Product(s) must be in original, unused condition and with all original materials. We will instruct you the return process. But you will bear the return shipment cost and a 15% restock fee. For opened or used products, we will award a partial refund at our discretion. Please note you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. Please also note you MUST get our return approval before sending the product(s) back.
